Zascha Blanco Abbott
 Zascha Blanco Abbott is an attorney in the Miami, Florida, office of Ford & Harrison LLP. She has represented management in labor and employment law issues since 2002. Her clients have included employers in discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation claims, as well as constitutional claims and wage and hour disputes. She provides proactive employment advice, including policy development and employee handbook reviews. Ms. Abbott also represents employers in U.S. Department of Labor investigations and before administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Public Employees Relations Commission.
She serves on the Executive Council of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
