Communication Format Preferences
Most communications can be sent in both HTML and standard text format. Communications in HTML will often include graphics, colors, and varying font styles.Selecting the format preference as HTML indicates that when an HTML version is available, you prefer to receive communications in that format. Selecting the format preference as Text indicates that you always prefer to receive text formatted communications when available. Some e-mail software does not display HTML communications well, or at all. To find out how your e-mail software handles HTML-formatted e-mails, check the Help information in your e-mail software.
