Take a Look Inside
Page 5: Here, in their very first lesson, students play an E chord and then learn to vary that chord form to play an authentic Flamenco guitar chord progression.
Page 23: Here, from the middle of the book, students are performing a guitar trio (throughout the book students always learn all melodic and rhythm parts for each song and perform with others or the included recordings). Pages 44 - 45: Here, from towards the end of the book, students are performing a blues-rock trio, with each part being built on already-learned core blues patterns that students will continue to use and build on as they develop.
